About

As a kid, the only sport I could ever really commit to was dance.

Now, after many different practical trainings and studies, as a physical and manual therapist, alternative practitioner, fascial trainer, studying osteopathic, somatic and energetic techniques, I am coming back to where I always felt the most at home: Intuitive Movement. Combining it with fascial and osteopathic techniques, breath work and energetical practice.

Why?

To make room.

You can't cook a nice dinner in a cluttered kitchen.

So we make room! For your fascia, your muscles, the nerves, organs, fluids and breath -

so that every structure can do what it was made for.

For your self.

So you can do what you came to do.

How to work with me

Workshops 

Symptoms often come from compressed space within our bodies. So in this workshops - again - we make space. Using osteopathic self-massage, organ mobilization, breathing techniques - putting pressure on the right spots to release tension and move our body with nice, natural and intuitive playful stretches. 

We either care for your head, jaw and shoulders - for those with ringing ears, clenched jaws, eye- and headaches, shoulder pains and any other symptoms of chronic stress.

Or you want to treat your hips and lower back - because a free hip will likely give you a painfree back. 

And if you want a "best of" how to help yourself regulate in times of to much stress, your body has all you need for you to help yourself.

1-1 Coaching and Therapy

As a trained physiotherapist and manual therapist I have a background in modern and functional movement and fascial therapy.

Hands-on either strong or softly - depending on the tissue's and client's needs.

Hands-off to show you how to help yourself make room, become strong or regulate your nervous system. 

I also use somatic and energetic techniques with those, who wish to dive in more deeply and have a stronger and more intimate connection with themselves.

Your body is the key.

You can change your whole life through your body! Let go of things you don't even know you're holding on to and reconnect to your essence.

Movement - Breath - Energy

Like in many age old Asian traditions your breath, body and attention help you make space within yourself. 

Get to know your inner source of strength.

And then you can come home and rest.

You can come home within your self.

You can build the safety and stability you are looking for within your self. Find the comfort you need when the world is too rough. No space for any judgements, stress or fear. Only timeless connection.

And then this intimate inner connection to your essence can guide you, be your safe space. And source of joy!
